Wage & Hour Associate Attorney

Key Qualifications: The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Colorado wage and hour laws and regulations Candidates should possess strong working knowledge of state and federal wage and hour enforcement agencies, regulatory guidance, and related compliance issues. Qualified applicants will demonstrate experience with: Drafting and responding to pleadings Motion practice, including dispositive and class-related motions Taking and defending depositions Developing litigation strategy and managing matters through various phases of litigation Candidates should have 4+ years of wage and hour litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Colorado. Compensation is expected to range from $205,000 to $270,000, with final salary determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
