Development Director: Major Gifts & Growth

Catholic Charities of Oregon is seeking a Development Director in Portland to lead the Development team and fundraising strategy. You will grow revenue through major gifts, grants, events, bequests, and contributions, while managing donor relationships and the Development portfolio. The role reports to the CEO, partners with the Executive Team, and oversees the budget and donor data systems to drive accountability and impact for the agency's mission.
