Key responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy to children and young adults aged 2-26 and their caregivers
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient engagement and treatment progress
Manage a caseload of clients while ensuring availability during peak hours after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and weekends
Required qualifications:
Active Virginia license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telehealth or virtual setting
Commitment to providing family-centered, high-touch care
Availability to work after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
