Midlevel Corporate MampA Associate

Duties: Draft, review, and negotiate merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and related documents. Manage and close M&A and related transactions. Conduct legal due diligence. Advise clients on general corporate and business matters. Work with partnership agreements, joint ventures, and LLC operating agreements. Handle representation and warranty insurance underwriting issues.

Requirements: Three to five years of Corporate M&A experience. Private equity transaction experience preferred. Strong academic credentials. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Effective client management and communication abilities.
