The role oversees estimating and preconstruction, project management, regional field operations, purchasing and supply chain, and eventually print operations. The successful candidate will be accountable for project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and divisional construction margins, while building regional teams, project controls, and self-performed trade capabilities.
Responsibilities also include managing procurement, supporting federal construction programs, and partnering with finance and other internal teams to deliver multiple projects across markets. They must have delivered ground-up vertical construction as a general contractor or owner-builder and previously owned estimating, preconstruction, project management, and field operations. Experience with construction procurement, subcontractor buyout, and material purchasing is required. A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience—is expected; experience in self-performed trades, federal construction, market expansion, or civil development, as well as relevant professional credentials, is preferred.
