Security Risk Engineer: Quantitative AI Risk & Strategy

Anthropic’s Security Risk team is hiring a Security Risk Analyst to drive risk-informed decisions using quantitative and qualitative methods. You will partner with Security Engineering to assess threat scenarios, calibrate estimations, and communicate results to leadership with clear tradeoffs and uncertainty. In this role you will build scalable risk analysis tools, help define risk appetite, and shape governance for a growing AI safety program.
