Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 1:30 amPhillips Feed is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded
  • Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture
  • Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed
  • Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps
  • Submit route paperwork to invoicing team
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • What You BringHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred 5+ years of leadership experience in a distribution environment
  • Ability to operate stand-up forklifts
  • Experience with RF scanning and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication, organizational, and coaching skills
  • Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
