- Extrusion Slit Film Doffer - A Shift Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position$ 14.25 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00am to 07:00pm)
- Monitor roll sizes throughout the shift and determine when rolls need to be doffed.
- Remove and replace finished rolls while following established production procedures.
- Schedule doffs to help minimize loom downtime and maintain efficient production flow.
- Ensure finished rolls meet size and production requirements before processing.
- Support safe, continuous operations by maintaining awareness of production schedules and equipment performance.
- Extrusion Slit Film Doffer - A Shift Qualifications:
- Basic reading, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment and operate equipment as required.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and following established procedures.
- Dependable and detail-oriented with the ability to help maintain efficient production operations and high product quality standards.
