Compliance and Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate annual SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits, including planning, evidence collection, and remediation activities Manage compliance with GDPR and other privacy laws, including policy maintenance and response coordination for due diligence requests Oversee BSA, AML, and OFAC compliance activities of reseller bank partners, ensuring appropriate programs are maintained and documented

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience strongly demonstrating competency 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related fields within regulated financial services Experience coordinating SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or similar compliance assessments and audits Hands-on experience managing compliance with GDPR and financial-crime regulations like BSA/AML and OFAC Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously
