Investment Associate - Digital Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate new investment opportunities across digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber, towers, connectivity, and related infrastructure assets Build and analyze detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment underwriting Lead and support commercial, financial, operational, and technical due diligence processes Prepare investment committee materials and present key findings and recommendations to senior investment professionals Work closely with management teams, advisors, lenders, and other transaction counterparties throughout the execution process Monitor and support portfolio company performance and strategic initiatives Conduct market research and develop perspectives on evolving trends across the digital infrastructure sector Qualifications 2–4 years of investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or a closely related investment role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including experience with LBO and/or project finance models Demonstrated interest in digital infrastructure, telecommunications, data centers, fiber, towers, power, or related infrastructure sectors Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate investment theses and analytical findings High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree from a strong academic institution
