About the role: Six Flags Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Paralegal at our Corporate Office in Arlington, Texas. This on-site full-time position in the Legal Department manages contracts falling under his/her responsibility that incudes drafting and/or reviewing the contracts and moving them through the process to signature. This role requires knowledge of the types of contracts, the contracts process and approvals necessary throughout the process including final signatures. This Paralegal position will also provide legal and administrative support as needed to the attorneys in the Legal Department. How You'll Make A Difference:* Contract Preparation* Contract Management including seeing a contract through the process to reach the signature stage in an efficient manner* Contract processing including collecting and maintaining records related to contracts, such as signatures, dates and amendments* Employee Training* Maintains contracts email inbox and enters requests into the Legal Dept. contract management system* Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with internal customers to ensure legal needs are met across functions* Administrative Support* Legal Support
