Senior Counsel

Key responsibilities: Negotiate a high volume of complex commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment Lead legal support for cloud negotiations, advising on pricing, service levels, and compliance Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize commercial agreements and support strategic decision-making

Required qualifications: JD with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a legal environment, focusing on SaaS and cloud services At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company preferred Deep experience negotiating technology supplier agreements and advising on data privacy and security Strong understanding of cloud computing business models and contracting structures Proven ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for business teams
