Director of Contracts & Lease Administration / Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

What you'll do: Manage the full lease administration process, from drafting through execution, including amendments, extensions, assignments, consents, estoppels, and SNDAsNegotiate small-shop leases and ancillary documents within established company parameters Oversee tenant improvement allowance review, approval, and disbursement Support acquisitions, dispositions, and construction loan closings from due diligence through post-closing Administer contracts for development and construction agreements Manage corporate governance, entity formation, and annual compliance filings Review title commitments, surveys, and related due diligence materials, and coordinate platting and easement matters Partner closely with the Chief Legal Officer and collaborate regularly with Leasing, Development/Construction, Property Management, and Accounting/Finance

What we're looking for: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in commercial real estate as a senior paralegal, lease administrator, or similar professional Strong background in leasing, loan closings, title/survey work, and corporate governance Notary commission, or willingness to obtain one promptly In-house experience with a developer, owner, or property management company preferred Familiarity with retail shopping centers and Florida/North Carolina real estate practices a plus On-site in Deerfield Beach, five days a week.
