PrEP Access & Education Coordinator

Eskenazi Health is seeking a PrEP Care Coordinator to facilitate prompt access to HIV prevention services for individuals at ongoing risk. You will educate clients on PrEP/PEP, assist with insurance navigation, and link them to PrEP prescribers within the Eskenazi Health network. You will build partnerships with community organizations, organize outreach events, and maintain accurate records for program reporting and evaluation. Bilingual skills and Indiana Navigator licensure are valued.
