The Ideal candidate would be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physician that is comfortable working days and nights.12 hr shifts, 7a-7p and 7p-7a - need providers willing to do bothAverage census varies (fall and winter 15-20, summer and spring 10-12)2-3 admissions per shift (included in above census)no coverage of NICU or PICUSingle physician coverage, but back-up physician will in if census tops 18 Procedures: Lumber Punctures, basic I&DNo callall specialties available (only thing transferred out are burn)
