As an Program Coordinator for our School Camping ("Integrated Education") program, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering Sherman Lake YMCA's award-winning school camping program. You'll help students grow socially and emotionally through impactful experiential learning while guiding and supporting instructors and serving as a primary contact for teachers and campers. What You'll Do: Coordinate and lead overnight and day school groups. Support and mentor I.E. instructors through coaching and feedback. Serve as a key contact with partner teachers and school representatives. Maintain student and staff safety with professional and vigilant supervision. Facilitate activities like welcoming ceremonies, meals, team building, and more.

Qualifications: Age 18+ and available Monday–Friday with overnights. Team-oriented, resilient, adaptable, and physically capable. Excellent character and professionalism aligned with YMCA values. Willingness to obtain Basic Life Support & First Aid certifications (provided). Must have at least four seasons of camp experience, as well as one full season of Sherman Lake Y IE experience. Dates of Employment This is a seasonal, full-time position. Positions are available during the Fall (early September - early December) and Winter/Spring (early February - early June). Free certification courses are available for Sherman Lake Integrated Education staff before staff training.
