Special Projects Lawyer: Commercial Contracts Tech (Remote)

K&L Gates seeks a Special Projects Lawyer to join the Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions practice group. This remote role requires licensed status in a state with a K&L Gates LLP office and at least five years of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across manufacturing, distribution, services, licensing, and development agreements. You will work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of contracting matters, leveraging AI tools where appropriate and supporting
