Multi-Unit District Manager: Lead Teams & Guest Service

Dunkin' Donuts Franchise is seeking a District Manager to administer, direct and oversee recruiting and development of employees across 5 to 6 stores. You will ensure proper implementation of operational standards including order accuracy, speed of service, product quality, cleanliness and guest service. You must apply strong leadership, stay engaged with customers and employees, and drive continuous improvement in store operations in a fast-paced, yet fun environment that rewards initiatives.
