Senior Director of Safety & Compliance

Responsibilities: Lead company-wide safety and compliance programs, including OSHA, EPA, DOT, and industry-specific regulatory adherence. Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, incident reporting systems, and training programs. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and corrective action opportunities. Partner with operations, HR, and field leadership to ensure safe work practices and compliance culture. Analyze safety and compliance data to drive continuous improvement. Lead investigations into incidents and ensure regulatory reporting and corrective action follow-through. Represent the organization with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and industry safety forums.

Qualifications: 12+ years of leadership experience in safety, compliance, or risk management within heavy equipment or industrial sectors. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting heavy equipment operations. Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
