Duration: 10+ Months No. Of Openings: 1 Max Sub Limit: 1 The Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst at client side plays a critical role in supporting public health initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely data entry while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description: Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality. Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunization registry. Utilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issues. Document all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logs. Provide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management. Assist in testing system updates and enhancements. Skills Experience in a helpdesk or healthcare support role 4.5 years - Required Experience with deduplication tools, data matching, or record linkage techniques 4.5 years - Required Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Required Knowledgeable with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now) and Microsoft Office Suite Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Required Familiarity with immunization information systems highly Desired Experience working with state or local public health departments

Nice to have: Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations
