The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in the areas of labor and employment law. This includes managing a wide range of legal matters such as EEOC charges, lawsuits, and government agency investigations. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, conduct legal research, and participate in the negotiation of various legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate Degree in Law, be licensed to practice law, and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar legal role. Experience in the healthcare industry and the ability to counsel multi-state employers are preferred.
