Dock Operations Associate – Passenger Luggage & Boarding

Hy-Line Cruises is seeking Dock Staff for Nantucket, MA. The role supports dock operations, loading and unloading luggage and bicycles, and assisting passengers during ferry turnarounds. You will manage boarding lines, signage, and luggage carts, while ensuring safety and order on the dock. Candidates should have strong customer service and clear communication skills, be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and be comfortable working outdoors in mornings shifts. Compensation starts at $17.50 per hour.
