Bilingual Family Practice Physician Clinica Family Health is seeking an experienced bilingual family practice physician. The purpose of this role is to provide high quality medical care that is culturally appropriate and prevention focused. Serves as a leader on the pod contributing to the smooth, efficient operation of the pod, the site and the organization. Site with Opening: Clinica Family Health and Wellness Denver, COHiring Organization: Clinica Family Health and Wellness Practice Highlights: Clinica Family Health & Wellness is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving people in Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties. We provide compassionate, quality, and comprehensive health care to around 50,000 individuals each year – including children, pregnant patients, and families with low income. As a safety net provider with deep roots in our community, we believe all people should be able to access the health care they need to achieve long-term health and wellness – regardless of their circumstances, background, and identity. Community Highlights: Clinica offers evening hours and – in some cases – same-day appointments. We have community-based clinics located across our region (west Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, and Gilpin counties) to provide our neighbors with convenient access to care right in their backyard. In 2022, we opened two clinics in Nederland and Black Hawk to better serve our rural mountain communities, which have historically had limited access to local health care providers and services. Other: Salary: $195,000.00-$242,000.00 annually Qualifications: MD/DO, board certified/board eligible in Family Practice Medicine. Valid license/DEA in jurisdiction of clinic, certification preferred. One year of experience in ambulatory health care preferred. Sensitivity to low income, ethnic minority communities preferred. Entry level proficiency in the Spanish language required. Computer proficiency – electronic health record experience preferred. Ability to flourish in a team system.
