What We're Looking For: Prior experience in auto body/collision repair Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Superior communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to pass a drug screening and background check Clean driving record and valid driver's licenseI-CAR certification is a plus (but not required)

Key Job Responsibilities: Perform collision repairs, dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing. Frame straightening and structural repairs. Prep, prime, and paint vehicles to OEM standards. Diagnose repair needs and communicate clearly with team members.
