VP, ESOP Advisory & Transaction Leader (Remote-friendly)

You will lead transaction execution, oversee end-to-end processes, and work directly with business owners and leadership teams. The role requires building expertise in ESOP transactions, valuation, tax, and structuring concepts, with a focus on construction/engineering sectors. Denver is preferred, with remote options and 10–30% travel.
