Handle reservation requests and ensure accuracy in booking details. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms in a timely manner. Stay updated on special promotions, travel packages, and destination highlights. Deliver professional and friendly customer service, resolving issues promptly.

Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. Comfortable using online booking tools and computer systems. Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.
