C Shift: Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ( paid for 40 hours )

D Shift: Thursday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ( paid for 40 hours 15% premium )

This CNC Mill Operator role supports that growth by producing high-precision, complex components where quality, consistency, and repeatability are critical. Your work directly contributes to medical products that improve patient outcomes. The Work You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines Machine complex components to tight tolerances in a regulated environment Load, run, and adjust CNC programs as needed Select tooling, offsets, and workholding to ensure optimal results Monitor cutting conditions and make adjustments to maintain accuracy Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area This is hands-on, precision machining — not production button-pushing.
