JPA Lead Associate

Key responsibilities: Manage and review daily and weekly assignments for JPC Field Inspectors, ensuring accuracy and quality of field work Track and upload JPA forms and transactions, coordinating with the JPC Department Manager for approvals and corrections as needed Prepare production reports and customer deliverables, while providing operational support to the JPC Department Manager and staffRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or three years of relevant industry experience Experience in wireless telecommunications, JPA/JPC operations, or utility coordination Working knowledge of JPA/JPC documentation and processes Ability to track high volumes of transactions and prepare detailed reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tracking/document-management systems
