KYC Quality Control Specialist - Hybrid

Responsibilities: Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives Complete Know Your Customer reviews prior to account opening Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within the Operations functional area Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests Requirements: 2 years of administrative or business support experience A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of the Know your Customer (KYC), AML, BSA, CIP and CDD compliance processes Proven experience in quality monitoring and/or assurance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workloads and adherence to SLAs Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Desired skills: Minimum 2 years of banking experience Underwriting experience Pay range: $16.56 - $24.56 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
