Job Title: Senior Associate

Job Description: The Portfolio Management Sr. Associate will work to manage various comingled funds and SMA's investing for BXCI's Infrastructure & Asset Based Credit platform. The main areas of responsibility include: Partnering with asset class teams to implement strategic and tactical asset allocation decisions, including evaluating & underwriting deployment opportunities in furtherance of overall portfolio objectives Monitoring asset class valuations, market structure, and macro conditions to contribute to positioning recommendations Assisting with management of fund liquidity, balance sheet positioning, and tracking of capital inflow / deployment pipeline Developing and maintaining portfolio models, performance & risk analytics, and other relevant monitoring / reporting tools for portfolio review meetings Supporting the onboarding of new partnerships and ongoing client service requirements in partnership with BXCI Institutional Client Solutions Leading portfolio management process enhancements across automation initiatives, technology buildouts, and cross-function workflow optimization Developing strategic asset allocation approach and customized proposals for new clients subject to specific portfolio objectives and constraints Overseeing reporting and client interaction for existing funds and clients

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar discipline 4+ years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, asset management, private markets, management consulting, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment Strong analytical, financial modeling, and quantitative skills Highly organized and strong attention to detail A strong work ethic, professional integrity, and a positive attitude Highly motivated and intelligent; works effectively in a team environment; proactive and takes initiative Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Expected annual base salary range:$150,000 - $215,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
