Implements orders written by primary care providers. Triages participant and staff phone calls to determine the priority of care and routes accordingly. Schedules outside appointments for participants when necessary. Administers prescribed medications and treatments. Provides training to participants in self-administration of applicable medications and monitors medication compliance. Documents all necessary information and maintains participant medical record(s).Provides health counseling and education to participants and their families. Observes, records, and reports participant's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to providers.
