We are looking for someone who likes a fast-paced environment with a big desire to make sure the customer's vehicle is back on the road, safe and quickly. Every minute a fleet customer's vehicle is in the shop that customer is losing money. We are a one-stop shop and perform repairs on everything from the rubber to the roof! Some experience we would prefer:
Lift gate repair
DOT/ ANSI experience
DPF systems
Welding/Fabrication
Strong problem - solving skills
Hydraulics
Electronic Diagnostics
Attention to detail is an absolute requirement

What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
Communicates directly with the Fleet Service Advisor to inform customers if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements:
ASE certification preferred
Great attitude
Strong teamwork skills
Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Must have a valid driver's license
Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
Ability to identify problems quickly
Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications
Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Basic computer and internet literacy
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)
Drive manual transmission vehicles
Use computer diagnostic equipment
Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
DOE...Starting at $85K - 125K - BUT THE SKY IS THE LIMIT!NO EARNING CAP WITH US!SIGN ON BONUS AND/OR MOVING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLEAdditional Compensation:
