VP, Power Development & Utility Strategy

American Real Estate Partners (AREP) is seeking a VP of Utilities & Power Development to strategize, plan, finance, and execute utility-scale power projects. You will deliver investor-grade financial models and negotiate PPAs with utilities and off-takers, collaborating with Acquisitions and Asset Management to secure long-term power supply. You will lead private capital structuring, engage with lenders, regulators, and EPCs, and report to Principals and investors.
