Hydro Testing Helper - Night Shift

Core Job Duties: Assist with Hydro Testing: Help set up and execute hydrostatic pressure tests on industrial air cooler units, coils, and headers. Equipment Hookup: Connect and secure water hoses, pressure gauges, valves, and test fittings safely. Monitor and Inspect: Watch equipment and pressure levels closely during testing; inspect welds, tubes, and components for water leaks or defects. Material Handling: Move parts, tools, and finished assemblies around the shop floor using manual or mechanical lifting equipment. Tool Operation: Safely use hand tools and portable power tools to prep units or tighten fittings. Safety & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, dry, and organized work space while adhering strictly to plant safety rules and pressure-testing protocols. Requirements &

Qualifications: Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long shifts, bend, and lift heavy materials (frequently up to 50 lbs).

Basic Skills: Comfort with basic hand tools and mechanical equipment. Safety Consciousness: Willingness to follow strict plant safety standards regarding high-pressure testing.
