Demand Generation Manager

Job Description: Own strategy-to-execution for all integrated H2 marketing programs globally across the Build COE.Own marketing plans for Build and Extend/Developer Agent as distinct product tracks with dedicated assets and programs. Ensure a strong marketing presence at Rising NA and EMEA, including ancillary events planned around both. Serve as the primary point of contact for global initiatives, representing Build as one unified team. Serve as the primary point of contact for the COE sales team. Act as the primary launch arm for NAM regional activities in partnership with the NAM regional team. Build the comprehensive FY28 marketing plan for the Build and Extend/Developer Agent COE.Partner with COE sales, PMK, global marketing, and CCOE teams to align marketing plans and programs. Work with global COE partners to understand regional plans and determine how Build supports regional goals. Partner with CCOE on globalization of marketing content and programs. Own campaign reporting and pipeline coverage reporting and analysis. Build and present decks for QBRs and weekly sales meetings. Drive cross-SKU alignment. Own marketing budget and ROI.Develop, execute, and measure lead generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events. Support sales and marketing alignment, including lead handoff best practices.
