About the Role:
This role will oversee projects nationwide, including Big Box, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), grocery, and auto parts store developments from preconstruction through closeout. While this is a remote position, regular travel to project sites is required.
Responsibilities:
1+ years of Project Superintendent experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing ground-up retail projects Experience with QSR, grocery, convenience retail, or auto parts projects preferred Strong budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication skills Willingness to travel to active job sites as needed
