Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations for patients in a home care setting, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing various techniques such as exercise regimens, manual therapy, and adaptive equipment to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain. Continuously monitor and document patients' treatment responses, ensuring accurate records of their progress and adjusting treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with patients, their families, and caregivers to provide education on treatment plans, assistive devices, and effective self-management strategies. Participate in ongoing professional development by engaging in educational workshops, networking with peers, and staying current with the latest research and methodologies in physical therapy. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Elixir Life, you'll be working closely with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults facing a wide range of physical challenges. From post-operative recovery to chronic pain management, each patient presents unique needs. Your expertise will be vital in developing targeted intervention strategies that facilitate mobility and functional independence, ensuring that every individual can reach their personal rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications: Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Current and valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical terms in understandable language. Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic word processing software. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience: While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is recommended, we are open to considering new graduates who have completed their clinical rotations with strong referrals. Compensation and Benefits: The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
