We work at the forefront of leading-edge science and technology, and we believe a collaborative approach to modern preventive medicine can extend healthy life for all.
The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based health care practice delivering personalized, preventive medicine grounded in up-to-date science. Our collaborative, team-based practice pairs every member with an internist and a multidisciplinary team of specialists spanning 15+ areas of expertise to deliver medicine grounded in up-to-date science. Our members live all over the country and the world, and we deliver in-person care in New York and South Florida, with Los Angeles and the Bay Area coming in 2026. The Atria Research and Global Health Institute is our think tank and research center to advance the cause of preventive medicine for all. Through our global network of 100+ distinguished fellows and researchers, we identify and advance preventive solutions that prevent disease and save lives—democratizing our medical expertise for the greater good. We are on a mission to accelerate a global shift from reactive sick care to proactive, preventive health care. Our goal is to prevent disease and extend healthy life for all by turning leading-edge science into medicine. With our longitudinal research, we aim to prove that personalized prevention reduces chronic disease and extends healthy life, and with our clinical practice, we constantly ask one question: What is biologically possible?
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead our product engineering organization and deliver world-class digital experiences for members, physicians, and clinical teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this role will oversee engineering teams responsible for Atria's member portal, mobile applications, physician experience tools, internal clinical operations systems, and care coordination platforms.
The VP Engineering will set the technical and organizational strategy for building secure, reliable, and polished healthcare technology products that reflect Atria's commitment to quality and innovation. This leader must balance long-term platform scalability with the urgency of shipping at speed, ensuring internal-facing tools move quickly while member-facing experiences meet the highest bar of craftsmanship and usability. They will also play a critical role in modernizing engineering practices, championing the use of AI for software development, testing, and operational excellence.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will guide architecture and technical direction, scale a global engineering organization (with a mix of local and offshore resources), and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
