About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the President and CEO. This pivotal role goes beyond traditional project management and executive support, serving as a trusted advisor, operational integrator, and strategic thought partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the alignment and execution of enterprise priorities, translating decisions into clear plans, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in shaping executive discussions, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring that critical initiatives progress with clarity and speed. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have 10-15+ years' of experience in the financial services industry or a background in business management or consulting. The role requires a leader who can operate effectively across functions, connect strategy to execution, and build trusted relationships to accelerate collaboration. Preferred qualifications include experience in a regulated industry, leading organizational or cultural transformation, and executive leadership in a complex organization. The ideal candidate will be enterprise-minded, decisive, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and change. They should be able to influence without direct authority, communicate complex issues clearly, and be accountable for outcomes while maintaining trust and alignment.
