Our client, a well-established and growing wealth management practice in Madison, WI is seeking a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to play a critical role in supporting Financial Advisors, serving clients, and helping maintain the exceptional experience the firm is known for. This position combines client relationship support, practice operations, and administrative coordination in a collaborative team-oriented environment. Hours are full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is competitive based on experience.
Location: Fully onsite in Madison, WI
Responsibilities:
- Advisor and Practice Support: Assist with coordinating client meetings, documentation, and follow up activities
- Prepare correspondence and meeting materials for Advisors
- Manage office workflows and support daily practice operations
- Partner with home office teams to ensure timely completion of client requests
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as primary point of contact for client service needs
- Provide a professional, welcoming experience for clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments on behalf of Advisors and proactively communicate with clients regarding upcoming meetings
- Maintain complete and accurate records, and document client interactions
- Support client outreach initiatives, milestone recognition, and relationship-building activities
- Respond to client inquiries and facilitate resolution of routine requests
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting financial advisors, wealth managers, or financial services professionals highly preferred
- Experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, banking, or related environment highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when working with confidential information
- Ability to balance client interactions and administrative responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn other platforms as needed#MMAS
