Kaufman Health & Hormone Center (KHHC) is hiring a functional medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to practice root cause medicine. We are an established integrative and functional medicine practice hiring for a4 day clinic week M-Th with remote admin work on Fridays. Located in Louisville, Colorado, just outside Boulder and approximately 25 minutes from downtown Denver. We are a cash pay practice, collaborative team looking for a third provider. We combines conventional medicine with a functional, personalized, root-cause approach to healthcare. Our areas of focus include hormone optimization, thyroid health, weight management, and comprehensive functional medicine including gut health, detox and more. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) who is passionate about integrative and functional medicine and eager to provide personalized, comprehensive care. The ideal candidate has completed, or is actively pursuing formal functional medicine training or fellowship.
Qualifications: Certified NP, or PA with prescribing capability. A4M or IFM training/certification preferred. Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Colorado NP or PA license Private practice clinical experience is preferred with emphasis on functional medicine.
Position Details: Start Date as early as November 2026 Full-time, Monday–Thursday in clinic 8:30am-3:30pm direct patient contact, with Fridays dedicated to administrative work. Friday administrative work is completed remotely. Guaranteed salary of $125,000-$135,000 for first year with opportunity for growth in salary with productivity in year 2 and beyond.
