UAB Medicine is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join the outpatient rehabilitation and wellness team. You will provide evidence-based exercise programming and education to help patients transition from rehabilitation to independent activity and long-term health management. You will collaborate with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, physicians and dietitians to improve functional outcomes and quality of life.
