Assistant logistique et développement événementiel

Job Description: In close collaboration with the organizer, the intern will assist in the preparation of files, the search for new sites, and the development...The intern will participate in the different stages of the Frappadingue in France, or even abroad. They will be with the teams on the ground for the setup, the race, logistics, and dismantling. Knowledge in web development will be welcome. WORKING LOCATION A large part of the work can be done remotely.

Job Conditions: Ideally from December 2013 until October 2014. - Internship ideally based in Nord Pas de Calais or the Paris region, teamwork will be necessary for 1 to 2 months - Numerous trips throughout France - Compensation at the amount of 436.05€ net monthly, according to the current legislation - Coverage of transportation, lodging, and meal expenses during trips to French stages.

Qualification: Graduated from a training in event management / project management / logistics (IUT/BTS, professional license, professional master). - A pronounced taste for events. - Mastery of the Office Pack (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; WS3 language). - Autonomy, rigor, capacity for anticipation, availability, versatility, and good interpersonal skills. - Driver's license B required.
