The Digital Workplace Specialist I serves as the frontline technology partner for Christian Healthcare Ministries employees by delivering exceptional support, enablement, and operational assistance across workplace technologies. This role is responsible for supporting end-user computing, Microsoft 365 services, endpoint technologies, collaboration platforms, and user access management while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The Digital Workplace Specialist works closely with business users and technology teams to resolve issues, facilitate technology adoption, support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensure employees have the tools necessary to perform their responsibilities effectively.

Paid TrainingPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: End User Support Provide first-line support for employee technology issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printing, and collaboration platform issues. Respond to service requests and incidents in accordance with service level expectations. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive user relationships. Digital Workplace Operations Provision and configure user accounts, devices, and workplace technology resources. Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities. Assist with inventory management and technology asset tracking. Maintain endpoint compliance and device lifecycle processes. Microsoft 365 Support Support Microsoft 365 applications and services including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Share Point Online, and Office applications. Assist users with collaboration, document management, and communication technologies. Support identity and access management activities under established procedures. Documentation and Knowledge Management Maintain accurate documentation for support processes and procedures. Contribute to knowledge base articles and user guides. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Collaboration Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Business Systems, and Application teams. Escalate complex issues appropriately. Participate in technology improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of experience supporting workplace technologies. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications. Understanding of basic networking concepts. Familiarity with service management practices.
