Credentialing Coordinator I

Experience: Credentialing experience in a health plan or a hospital medical staff services department preferred but not required. Database / Data entry experience required. Certification or Conditions of Employment: Pre-employment background check Competencies, Skills, and Attributes: Strong oral and written communication skills. Accurate, detail oriented. Flexible and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple tasks and possess excellent organizational and time management skills. A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position. Ability to work OT during peak periods. Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. No or very limited physical effort required. No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
