ServiceNow Developer- Digital End-User Experience

Responsibilities: Configure and develop Service Now applications, Employee Service Center / portals, catalog items, workflows, and self-service experiences that support Digital End-User Experience goals Implement and customize features that improve request intake, fulfillment, knowledge access, and overall end-user digital experience Write client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and script includes following Service Now best practices Participate in requirements sessions, design discussions, and iterative development for DEX-related solutions Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities for DEX implementations Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations Collaborate remotely with project teams, UX/experience stakeholders, and other developers

Minimum Requirements: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Service Now applications in a production or project environment Practical experience with Service Now scripting (Java Script), Flow Designer/Workflow, Service Catalog, and portal or employee experience configuration Ability to work fully remote and collaborate effectively in a distributed team Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset

Nice to Haves: Prior experience with Digital End-User Experience, Employee Service Center, portals, or employee-facing Service Now solutions Experience with Service Now UI Builder, Next Experience, or related modern UI capabilities Additional Service Now certifications (e.g., CAD)
