Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and identifying conditions that require physical therapy interventions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and evidence-based practices to maximize recovery and improve functionality. Utilize therapeutic modalities, exercise programs, and manual therapy techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs while documenting the progress and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary. Engage in ongoing communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates about treatment plans, progress, and potential adjustments required for optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate, timely documentation that adheres to both clinical standards and regulatory requirements. This includes individualized treatment interventions and patient progress notes. Participate in team meetings and case discussions to collaboratively review patient care strategies, share insights, and continuously learn from peers. Ensure compliance with all corporate and clinical training requirements while staying updated on state, local, and federal regulations. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at OnTrack, you will primarily focus on treating adults with a range of orthopedic conditions. Our patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic pain, and mobility impairments. You will utilize advanced evaluation techniques and therapeutic interventions to help restore function and improve the daily lives of your patients.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Florida. American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, although newly graduated DPTs with relevant clinical rotations will also be considered. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus, as it will facilitate efficient documentation and coordination of care.
