Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries. Are you a current student with an interest in packaging, engineering, sustainability, or innovation? We’re looking for a Packaging Development Intern to join our dynamic engineering team and support our portfolio of prestige fragrance brands. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in packaging while supporting important Sustainability and PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) initiatives, including the collection, organization, and validation of packaging data.
What You’ll Do:
Support the collection, organization, and validation of packaging data needed for Sustainability and PPWR programs. Assist with gathering packaging specifications, component details, material information, and other required data from internal teams and suppliers. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date packaging data and documentation. Assist in the development, testing, and evaluation of packaging components. Participate in vendor visits and gain on-site experience with suppliers. Support the creation and issuance of specifications for filling and packaging components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to gather information and support packaging initiatives. Provide general support to the Packaging Development team as needed.
Who You Are:
Current students only (unfortunately, we cannot consider post-graduates).Able to work at least part-time (16+ hours/week) during the school year Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Packaging Science, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0.Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets. Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with internal and external partners. Highly motivated, proactive, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
