What You'll Do: Oversee 3-5 active ADU projects simultaneously (12-15 completions annually) Manage simple, efficient builds under 900 sq ft - no complicated architecture here Drive to job sites daily in your company vehicle Coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality control Document progress and keep projects on schedule and budget Split time between field supervision and office management Who You Are: You've worked construction with your own hands - we want someone who's been in the trenches You understand site work, framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work You're ready to put down the tools and pick up the clipboard You can manage people, timelines, and budgets without breaking a sweat You want to grow your career beyond labor Why BuildX?
