Cultura, an Italian restaurant in Boca Raton, is hiring an experienced pizzaiolo to run our pizza station.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage pizza dough through mixing, fermentation, and balling
- Stretch, top, and fire Neapolitan-style pizzas during lunch and dinner service
- Maintain consistent quality and presentation on every pie
- Keep the pizza station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support the kitchen team as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a pizzaiolo, preferably with Neapolitan-style pizza
- Working knowledge of dough production and fermentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
- Food handler certification preferred
